Move Your Fulcrum: Levers for Leading for Results

Public Workshop - March 17 & 18, 2010

9:00am - 3:30pm each day

Move Your Fulcrum: Levers for Leading for Results is an experiential program for managers and supervisors who want to connect to mission, strategies and results.

Managers and Supervisors will more effectively:
  • distinguish and apply management and leadership skills
  • determine factors that affect team commitment
  • overcome barriers to addressing issues and conflict
  • make choices that lead to results
  • understand the value of diverse opinions and values
  • hold themselves and team members accountable

“Spending two days on “leading for results” in a relaxed environment was a very positive investment of time and money. Discerning and practicing management and leadership roles and responsibilities, and considering the common good for my organization was a very useful focus. I am utilizing my learnings from The Fulcrum Program everyday.” - Amy Powell, Executive Director, Chatham Habitat for Humanity

“That was by far, hands down, the best training I have gone through. We are using it everyday. Thank you!” - Scott Vandivier, Account Executive, WJZY-TV/DT, WMYT-TV/DT, Charlotte

“Unlike other workshops that use case studies from other places and people, we developed our own case studies dealing with unique, seemingly complicated organizational problems. Then we were guided to find our own solutions.” -Lou Anne Crumpler, Senior Consultant, Fleishman-Hillard International

"The Fulcrum workshop provided an invaluable opportunity to take a step back and better understand my work, to break out of my workplace routines and interactions to practice skills that have enhanced my management and leadership abilities." - Dub Gulley, Director, The Small Business Center, Corporate and Continuing Education, Durham Technical Community College

The Workshop will be at the historic Jourdan House, 514 S. Duke Street, immediately off the Durham Expressway near American Tobacco.  The fee is $475 per participant.  For more information, registration and a map call us at 919-669-0052 or email us at info@anlyanconsulting.com.  The workshop is limited to ten participants.
