Move Your Fulcrum: Levers for Leading for Results is an experiential program for managers and supervisors who want to connect to mission, strategies and results.
Managers and Supervisors will more effectively:

distinguish and apply management and leadership skills

determine factors that affect team commitment

overcome barriers to addressing issues and conflict

make choices that lead to results

understand the value of diverse opinions and values

hold themselves and team members accountable
